Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via Visma Connect MANDATORY FROM JULY 1

VOLG ONDERSTAANDE STAPPEN
om de tweestapsverificatie (2FA) in PayHR in te schakelen:

1. Log uit in PayHR en sluit de browser volledig af.
2. Open de browser opnieuw en log met je gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord in op de website https://home.visma.com.
3. Klik rechtsboven op je naam en kies Mijn gegevens.
4. Ga naar het onderdeel Wachtwoord & 2FA en klik op Tweestapsverificatie inschakelen.
5. Vul je wachtwoord in en klik op volgende.
6. Gebruik je de Visma app al? Klik dan op Volgende.
   Gebruik je een andere authenticator-app? Klik dan op Ik gebruik een andere authenticator app.
7. Scan de QR-code met de authenticator-app die je gebruikt en voer vervolgens de
   6-cijferige code in.
8. Vul je mobiele nummer in en voer de code in die je per sms ontvangt.
9. Sla je back-upcode goed op en klik op Gereed.
10. Je hebt nu alle stappen doorlopen en kunt weer uitloggen.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW
to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in PayHR:

1. Log out of PayHR and completely close your browser.
2. Reopen the browser and log in with your username and password at  https://home.visma.com
3. Click your name in the top right corner and select My details.
4. Go to the Password & 2FA section and click Enable two-factor authentication.
5. Enter your password and click Next.
6. Are you already using the Visma app? Click Next.
   Are you using another authenticator app? Click I use another authenticator app.
7. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app and then enter the 6-digit code.
8. Enter your mobile number and input the code you receive via SMS.
9. Store your backup code safely and click Done.
10. You have now completed all the steps and can log out again.
